Kuo Shu Kickboxing

          Kuo Shu (Ko-Shoo) Kickboxing is the oldest form of this style of fighting, and it is the grandfather art to all other forms of kickboxing.  In this art most of the parts of the body are trained as weapons for self defense, but it is also used for a great workout!  In this course you will:

·       Develop better balance and coordination

·       Increase your stamina and cardiovascular endurance

·       Learn most aspects of fighting including punching, kicking, and throwing

·       Decrease stress levels and increase endorphins

·       SWEAT!
