Yoga Instructor

Rachel is a Nashville-based yoga instructor who began practicing yoga in 2016 and became a certified instructor (RYT 200) in 2019 with Asheville Community Yoga in Asheville, NC. Service was the core principle in all of her training and she aims to teach in an authentic and fun way that makes yoga accessible to all. She understands how transformative yoga is for the mind, body, and spirit and hopes to use yoga to holistically heal the self and to empower her students to find joy and peace. In her classes, expect to focus on linking breath and movement, building strength and flexibility, and smiling.
